CUISINE
Chef and banquet captain Darek Vetsch creates elegant interpretations of
home-cooked entrees "that Grandma used to make," resulting in cuisine that
is both familiar and exquisite. Darek personally assists you in designing a
menu from a wonderful variety of delectable appetizers, entrees and
desserts. We are also happy to
accommodate special menu requests to compliment the theme of your event,
including international cuisine.
VENUES
When you choose Russell's Catering, you have the option to select from one
of our exclusive venues or have us come to the location of your choice.We
serve the entire Twin Cities and Metro Area. Russell's Caterig also offers
lakeside banquet rooms for parties ranging from 20 to 110 guests. Contact us
for a list of our exclusive and
preferred-status venues.
CATERING STAFF
Russell's Catering employs a friendly uniformed staff that flawlessly caters
to the needs of you and your guests. Choose from different levels of
service, including
plated dinner entrees or full service buffet with the option of a staffed
carving station
BEVERAGES and BAR SERVICE
Russell's Catering is a licensed liquor provider. We have an exceptional
staff of professional bartenders and servers and a wide selection of wine,
beer, spirits, sodas and mixes. We're happy to assist you in planning your
beverages, from open or cash bars to champagne toasts and red and white wine
service.
LINENS and RENTAL ITEMS
Out catering service also offers a complete selection of table linens,
glassware, and other rental items and services for you to set the tone of
your event. We bring an artist's eye for detail to our table and buffet
styling that will create an atmosphere of delight for your guests.
