Russell's on the Lake catering is a full service licensed caterer and liquor provider with over 25 years experience in the restaurant and catering business. Our full service catering gives our customers the ability to choose from a variety of menu selections as well as offering the option of designing their own menu. Our catering service also offers a wonderful selection of table linens, glassware, and other rental items and services. Russell's on the Lake employees a friendly uniformed staff that is there to cater to the needs of you and your guests.
Russell's on the Lake began in 1981 as Russell's of Course in St. Michael as a small town family restaurant. Over time this small town family restaurant has grown to over 60 employees and has become a household name in the proprietor owned restaurant industry.
Russell's on the Lake ventured into the catering industry in 1987. This expansion of catering services has taken Russell's on the Lake Catering to a number of great events, ranging in all sorts of sizes from 15 to 1,100 guests. Currently Russell's on the Lake Catering holds many great relationships in the catering and restaurant industry and still prides itself in wonderful homemade food and great service.
