reservations and billing:
a $300.oo deposit is required to hold a date for your event.
50% of your total bill is due one month prior to the event. Final payment is due the evening of the event.
There is a destination fee of $50.00 to $195.00.
for a delayed dinner, there will be a $50.00 charge for every 1/2 hour past the scheduled serving time.
The bill is subject to a 7.375% sales tax and a 9.925% liquor tax in addition to a 20% service fee.
any charges to russell's catering by your event venue would be in addition to any estimates unless stated in your estimate.
Menu selections and dinner arrangements are to be made 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.
a final guest count must be given 5 days prior to the event.
In the event the guest number exceeds the final count, Russell's on the lake will strive to provide all guests with the ordered meal but we reserve the right to serve a comparable meal if necessary.
Deposits are refundable if canceled in writing at least
6 months prior to your scheduled event.
event set-up and clean-up:
Russell's on the lake will put the linen table cloths and skirting on the tables the day of your event when they are rented from us. If you want to decorate the tables ahead of time, linens are available to be picked up the week of your event.
