Executive Chef -Justin Steinberg
Justin initially started as a Prep Cook over a decade in a half ago and has learned from many different Executive Chefs over the years. Justin earned his way in the kitchen and has worked as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager and more. Justin has had a love for cooking all his life as he grew up with parents who both were in the restaurant industry, some would say cooking is in his blood. Justin started at Russell's on the Lake back in 2011 and has helped out here throughout the years, eventually returning to be the Executive Chef that oversee's the kitchen and handles more of the administration for the kitchen and for part of the restaurant.
Sous Chef - Hope Bloms
Hope went to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 and graduated the year of 2017 with an Associates's degree in culinary arts. Hope initially started at Russell's on the Lake for an externship as a Day Line Cook and learned everything from the current Chef at the time. Hope was able to learn all the odds and ends of the restaurant industry and earned her way to becoming the Sous Chef. At times it can be extremely busy and stressful, but Hope does this job because she loves it! She has cooked for most of her life and absolutely loves it. Dreams really do come true if you put all your efforts forth! Hope now helps run the kitchen under the Executive Chef.
